EVERBATH LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE OFFERINGS.

EverBath LLC provides specialized bathroom remodeling services. The $7,950 promotional offer covers standard one-day installations as specified in the project agreement. Supplemental costs may apply if structural issues (e.g., mold, water damage, or plumbing defects) are identified during the site inspection.

2. FINANCING DISCLAIMER.

All financing is provided by independent third-party lenders. EverBath LLC is not a financial institution. Credit approval, interest rates, and monthly payments are determined solely by the lender’s criteria. We are not liable for the approval or denial of credit.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

EverBath LLC shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract price paid by the customer.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Ohio. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

5. MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

EverBath LLC offers mobile text messaging services to communicate with users who request information regarding our bathroom remodeling products, project scheduling, updates, and marketing offers. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our number. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
