EVERBATH LLC CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. RIGHT TO CANCEL (3-DAY RULE).

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and Ohio Law, you have the right to cancel your contract without penalty within three (3) business days from the date of execution. A written notice of cancellation must be delivered to EverBath LLC within this period.

2. CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS.

Beyond the initial 3-day rescission period, orders are considered final as materials are custom-manufactured to your specific project dimensions. Cancellations after this period may result in the forfeiture of deposits or restocking fees.

3. WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY.

We provide Double Guarantee Protection with a 3-year warranty on labor and a 10-year warranty on materials. Full terms and conditions are specified in your written installation contract.
